Production & Operation Manager required in Karachi for a Guar gum manufacturing Company. Experience in the field of Guar gum manufacturing is mandatory for this job. Candidates having graduation degree along with 6 to 8 years of experience in Guar gum powder manufacturing are encourage to apply.

The position of Production & Operation Manager requires mandatory skills of production, operations and supply chain in Guar gum powder manufacturing industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the guar gum powder production cycle and drawing up a production schedule.
• Completes production plan by revising schedules, resolving problems and reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
• Maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the process, setting processing variables, observing control points and equipment
• Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs, evaluating new equipment and techniques.
• Responsible for the selection and maintenance of the equipment timely.
• Maintain the quality standards and ensure cost effectiveness.
• Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analysing production performance records and data, answering questions and responding to requests.
• Ensure that the health and safety guidelines are followed.
