Description :
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s calls and messages. • Research required information using available resources. • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures. • Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls. • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
Requirements:
• Filipina nationality & Arab nationality • Minimum Two years experience in cleaning or manpower company. • Excellent data entry and typing skills. • Only Female need to apply. • High school diploma or equivalent.
