Conduct financial analysis to determine feasibility of projects.
Update/ improve database and analyze outcome to provide market insights.
Lead data research in close cooperation with clients and colleagues to satisfy project requirements.
Conduct in-depth data analyses using traditional and advanced methods.
Write/ develop proposals, reports and presentations.
Travel to other cities for market research and advisory work, if necessary.
Manage client expectations regarding the depth of analysis contained within deliverables and on the timeliness of deliverables.
Liaise with the property management, agency, valuation and other departments within the company to ensure a total understanding of the property market.
Maintain the highest standards of ethics and confidentiality at all times.
Maintain a detailed understanding of real estate regulations and other relevant legal issues in Oman.
Liaise with local and international clients and Oman authorities.
Develop economic/ strategic/ forecasting models and research tools to support and maintain the leading market position of Hamptons’ Research and Consultancy.
Other duties assigned by the Head of Department.
Requirements:
Education
Any relevant degree is desired but not compulsory.
Other skills
Strong interpersonal, Negotiation and communication skills for liaising with colleagues and clients.
The ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and management of information.
Arabic language is a plus.
Experience
Minimum of 2 – 3 years of relevant experience.
