Our team is hiring Assistant Marketing Manager for one of leading Automotive company specialized in manufacturing of Tyres.

As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and market expansion efforts. You will work closely with the marketing team and cross-functional partners to implement innovative marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, and optimize marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote our products and services in target markets.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform marketing decisions.
• Collaborate with product development teams to understand product features, benefits, and competitive advantages, integrating them into marketing materials and campaigns.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, events, and digital marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
• Manage social media channels, website content, and other digital marketing platforms, creating engaging content and monitoring performance metrics to optimize online presence and audience engagement.
• Support the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, product catalogs, and sales materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events, maximizing brand visibility and generating leads.
• Monitor marketing campaign performance, analyze key metrics and KPIs, and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness and ROI, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing materials and tools to support sales efforts, including product training, sales presentations, and customer communication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or additional certifications in marketing are a plus.
• X years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in the automotive industry or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and web analytics.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and derive actionable insights to drive marketing decisions.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
