Our Client
A European Management Consultancy.
On their behalf we are looking to hire 5x BPM Consultants to support the delivery of a post-merger integration project in Saudi Arabia.
**6 MONTH EXTENDABLE CONTRACT BASIS.
Your Responsibilities
- Model, maintain, document, automate, and optimize company’s business processes and SLAs through interacting with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
- Develop, deploy, and manage business excellence processes and systems that result in operational efficiency and effectiveness through effective quality management practices.
- Manage the development and enhancement of the process engineering methodology and standards including operating guide, templates, tools, etc. in line with leading practices. And propose efficiency improvement projects, as required.
- Establish service level agreements with relevant stakeholders as per the company policies and procedures.
- Analyse process measurements, provide recommendations and follow-up on effective implementation.
Your Qualifications/Experience
- Relevant Certifications in Business Process Management. (e.g. CBPP, CBPL)
- Business Related Degree
- Experience using ARIS tool.
- BPM Documentation
- Business Process Optimization.
