Roles and Responsibilities.
Responsible for the export sales activities
Raise the profile of ACI and explore markets in GCC and MENA regions
Identify new business opportunities in GCC and MENA regions
Appoint distributors in the assigned export market in coordination with GM
Investigate new sales opportunities and actively solicit business from potential customers
Regular follow up with the existing customers and enhance their ordersDeveloping new export markets business opportunities and following them up until initiating business
Achieve ACI’s sales plansProvide after sales support to customers
Provide technical support in coordination with technical department
Review customers’ requirements and communicate with the Management team to facilitate for export the materials in coordination with GM
Managing Business relation through frequent visits to distributors and company’s clientsRepresent the company in exhibition
Coordinate with the administration team and production team to speed up with the export shipments
Maintain knowledge on all competitor activities
Maintain list of all company distributors for assigned territories and follow up/visit periodically
Prepare export forecasts/set out targets and act to achieve the targets
Analyze export market reports and identify new business opportunities to enhance export business
Responsible for providing samples to clients in coordination with Technical department and GM
Responsible for coordination with consultants and government authorities for obtaining approval for ACI products in GCC and MENA region
