كل ما عليك فعله هو قضاء بعض الوقت في متاجر ومقاهي ومطاعم عملاء GWR وإبداء رأيك في الخدمات. سنزودك بسيناريو تفصيلي وقائمة بالأسئلة التي يجب عليك الالتزام بها وملؤها ؛ ساعات العمل مرنة مع فرص لا حصر لها.

نحن نبحث باستمرار عن أشخاص ليكونوا جزءًا من فريق المتسوق الخفي ؛ الأشخاص الذين يمكنهم إخبارنا بتجربة التسوق الخاصة بهم لتحسين خدمة العملاء من خلال زيارة المتاجر وتسجيل تجاربهم.

الجميع هو موضع ترحيب للتقديم . لذا ، سواء كنت طالبًا جامعيًا أو خريجًا شابًا أو تبحث فقط عن تجربة جديدة ، فنحن دائمًا نبحث عن أفراد يجيدون الإنجليزية ومتحمسين ومتمرسين للانضمام إلى فريقنا.

لا يلزم وجود خلفية تعليمية محددة أو خبرة سابقة: نحن نقدم توجيهًا تفصيليًا وتوجيهًا لجميع المتسوقين الخفيين لدينا. لذلك إذا كان لديك شغف بالمطاعم والبيع بالتجزئة وترغب في المشاركة في تجربة تسوق مثيرة ، فنحن نريد أن نسمع منك.

نوع الوظيفة: وظيفة مستقلة وليست وظيفة بدوام كامل

متطلبات:

– الأفراد الذين يحبون التسوق

– اللغة الإنجليزية. ممتاز فى الكتابة والتواصل

-منتبه للتفاصيل

– الالتزام عند اختيار زياره / الالتزام بكتابة التقرير في الوقت المطلوب

– كتابة تقارير دقيقة

– الموضوعية

يعتمد الدفع على رسوم المتسوق وفاتورة الشراء ؛

زيارات التسوق الخفي بدون شراء: تتراوح الرسوم لكل تقرير ما بين 50 و 150 ريال سعودي لكل زيارة حسب نوع الزيارة (مكالمات هاتفية ، زيارة بدون حجز ، إلخ.)

التسوق الخفى مع زيارات الشراء: نحن نغطي رسوم المنتج / تكلفة الطعام حتى مبلغ متفق عليه مسبقًا( حسب كل زياره ).

Imagine being paid to shop at your favorite stores, or to enjoy a dining experience with your family or friends. Sounds too good to be true? Join GWR’s Mystery Shopper program, and it could be a reality!

All you have to do is to spend some time in GWR clients’ stores, cafés and restaurants and give your opinion on the services. We will be providing you with a detailed scenario and a list of questions that you have to abide by and fill; The working hours are flexible with endless opportunities.

We are constantly looking for people to be part of our Mystery Shopper team in Oman (Sohar- Sur- Nizwa- Salalah- Musca- Khuwair); people who can tell us about their shopping experience to improve the customer service by visiting stores and recording their experiences. 

Everyone is welcome to apply. So whether you are a university student, a young graduate, or just looking for a new experience, we are always looking for bright and enthusiastic and proficient in English individuals to join our team.

No specific educational background or previous experience is necessary: we provide detailed orientation and mentoring to all of our Mystery Shoppers. So if you have a passion for Restaurants, retail and want to take part in an exciting shopping experience, we want to hear from you.

Job Type: Freelance job, NOT a full-time job

Requirements:

-Individuals who love shopping 

-Excellent English; writing and communication

-Attention to detail

– Commitment to schedule/ Commitment to writing the report at the required time

-Writing accurate reports

-Objectivity

Payment is based on the shopper fee and reimbursement;

Mystery Shopping visits with No purchase: fees per report vary between 5 Riyal and 15 Riyal per visit depending on the visit type (phone calls, walk-in visit, etc.)

Mystery shopping with purchase visits: we cover the product fee/ food cost up to a pre-agreed amount that varies between different assignments.
