Expected Qualifications: A master’s degree in Interior Design/or Architectural Engineering from an accredited university is required. 2. Expected Experience: A minimum of three years’ experience of teaching different courses in interior design. Taught in different reputable universities with diverse cultural and educational environments. Experience in developing course specifications as per the national qualification framework and international accreditation standards. A minimum of two years of relevant industrial experience in interior design or architecture. Has a solid research experience in the field of interior design or architecture. 3. Required Skills: Leadership: it’s important for you to possess leadership skills that help you work effectively with and garner respect from students, parents, school management, and the community. Computer skills: AutoCAD, Revit program related to design course. It is important from Lecturer to work with different stakeholders based on leadership skills that need to be speared within different activities within the University. Communication: Good communication skills are important for two reasons: to successfully deliver your education message to students, and to relay feedback to help students make progress. Teamwork: With the emphasis on collaborative professional learning communities, working as a group to push innovation or resolve challenges has become even more important. Problem Solving: Internal and external issues that arise in the classroom can negatively affect learning outcomes. Cultural Competence: Cultural competence is the ability to understand, relate to, and effectively educate across cultures and demographics. 1. Rules and Responsibilities: Teaching and learning; Must be able to deliver classes for different levels of the mechanical engineering domains in the program. Contribute in different level of committees at the college and university levels that support the achievement of the program mission. Research engagement; must be engaged in different research and scholarly activities related to building services filed.
