POSITION
Main Responsibilities:
Coordinate trade planning activities with Commercial Managers and Marketing team
Follow up activity plans on monthly basis with distributors
Monitor and share analysis of stocks coverage by SKU with distributors
Follow up with markets to receive the reports on time in full (Sell out, stocks, local expenses)
Follow the forecast process on monthly basis with area managers and sales coordinators
Monitor the weighted distribution by SKU by door to maximize distribution in the market
Assist in servicing distributors and other department’s daily needs
Consolidation of
Assist in preparations of business reviews per markets or on key topics
Support the area sales managers on all the topics linked to sales force: uniform orders, score card, schedules
PROFILE
Profile:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
English speaker, French/Arabic is a plus
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
