– Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
– Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.

Qualifications
-Excellent communication in ENGLISH and French is a MUST (Writing, reading, and speaking). Additional languages would be an asset: Russian, Chinese, Arabic, Spanish, German, Italian.
