✔ Role Summary:
▫This customer facing role is mainly to provide customer support in resources and technical planning for the Wireline Operations.
▫The candidate will be directly involved in the flawless execution assurance process from both the customer’s side and the internal side.
▫Interacting with all Service Delivery Functions, Operations, Sales and AMO.
✔ Essential Responsibilities:
▫Pre-job Customer Meetings – Internal technical planning and resources planning
▫Well On Paper for wireline operations with the customer.
▫Incident Management
▫Operations Management – Planning.
✔ Qualifications/Requirements:
▫Experience with Cased Hole, Perforating and Open Hole Logging Wireline Operations is a must.
▫Past experience in Front Line Management Role is a must.
▫6 years+ experience is a must in above fields
✔ Desired Characteristics:
▫People oriented.
▫Technical writing
▫Demonstrates leadership within a team.
✔ Other Requirements:
▫ Alternative Marketing Titles: Service Delivery Manager
▫ English and Arabic, Egyptian is preferred
▫ Foreign or Local Hire
