✔Position Title:
Admin Assistant – Executive (Mesaieed, Qatar)
✔ Role Summary:
▫The Admin Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Executives by managing schedules,
coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing other administrative tasks as assigned.
▫The Admin Assistant must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, be highly organized,
and possess excellent communication and time management skills.
✔ Essential Responsibilities:
▫Schedule Management: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring that all necessary parties are informed and prepared. C
▫Correspondence Management: Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports, on behalf of the Executives, ensuring that all communications are accurate, professional, and timely.
▫Travel Coordination: Coordinate all travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and other travel-related logistics, ensuring that all arrangements are made in a timely and cost-effective manner.
▫Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support such as filing, copying, scanning, and faxing, as well as managing phone calls and emails, ensuring that all inquiries are handled in a professional and timely manner.
▫Special Projects: Assist Executives with special projects as assigned, including research, data analysis, and presentation preparation, ensuring that all projects are completed accurately and on time.
✔ Qualifications/Requirements:
• Holds diploma or bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, communications, or related field preferred.
✔ Desired Characteristics:
• 4-5 years of experience in a similar admin role,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
✔ Other Requirements:
• Expat – Local Hire with valid QID & NOC
• Female or Male
• 8 hours/day – 40 days/week
• 12 months contract duration
• English and Arabic is must, Turkish preferred
• Target Industry: Any, Oil and Gas preferred
