We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Consultant to join our dynamic tax team in Bahrain. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing tax advisory and compliance services to our clients, with a focus on corporate tax, and international tax.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on corporate tax, and international tax matters, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations
• Prepare and review tax returns, tax computations, and other tax-related documents
• Conduct research on tax laws and regulations to provide accurate and timely advice to clients
• Assist in tax planning and structuring for clients to minimize tax liabilities and optimize tax efficiency
• Liaise with tax authorities and handle tax audits and inquiries on behalf of clients
• Keep up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and communicate updates to clients and team members
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent client service
• Mentor and train junior team members on tax matters and assist in their professional development
• Collaborate with other departments within the firm to provide integrated solutions to clients’ business needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax, preferably in a consulting or accounting firm
• Strong knowledge of corporate tax, and international tax laws and regulations
• Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and tax software.
