Qualifications
The Role
Grand Hyatt Doha Hotel & Villas is looking for experienced Guest Service Officer – Recreation to join Jaula Club. A person who enjoys taking extra miles to ensure the success of the Recreation department. Someone who is a natural leader and enjoys the challenge in exceeding the highest standards of product
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ work experience in a five-star Hotel
- A genuine passion for fitness & health to deliver exceptional services to our guests
- Good team player, able to communicate effectively and manage time accordingly
- Great interpersonal skills and able to build lasting relationships with our guests
- Schedule flexibility is necessary as well as the ability to ensure guest/member satisfaction at all times by ensuring that safety and service is always the first priority
- An Arabic speaker would be the ideal candidate
