Mergers and Acquisitions Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Mergers and Acquisitions Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, with experience in deal execution, project management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of corporate M&A strategies and projects.
• Conduct thorough due diligence, valuations, and internal communication to ensure successful deal execution.
• Provide expert inputs on post-merger integration planning and deal impact analysis.
• Develop and maintain risk analysis of deals arising from due diligence and structuring.
• Work closely with the corporate leadership team to support a wide range of strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 7-8 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions.
• Excellent skills in business, industry, macro-economics, and mega-trends analysis.
• Extensive experience in legal due diligence, deal document negotiations.
• Good understanding of accounting, corporate finance theory, and valuation methods.
