Glow Hiring for Operations Specialist Job at Karāchi Full Time

In this position, you’ll work with our operations team on a variety of data-driven projects, including lead enrichment, generating quotes, and onboarding our new customers, all while making top of market pay!

Success in this role is measured by being extremely process-oriented, methodical, organized, and comfortable working with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.

This work-from-home position is full-time and long-term.

Responsibilities:

• Owning the successful completion of operations and data entry projects.
• Following established processes, and delivering consistent results.
• Achieve and consistently exceed project goals.
• Manage your time effectively in order to complete your daily goals.

• You have an eye for detail and you’re methodical with your work.
• You’re a great communicator and ask the right questions.
• You’re well-organized and process-oriented.
• You’re very experienced using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• You’re a team player, but also able to work independently.
• You’re able to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time within a fast-paced environment
• You’re tech-savvy.

Requirements:

• You must speak fluent English
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Extremely detail-oriented
• Professional experience working with Google Sheets
• Experience working with Airtable and/or Hubspot is a big plus!
• Insurance operations experience is a BIG plus!
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time within a fast-paced environment
• You’re able to work from 9am – 6pm U.S. Pacific Time.

Pay: Rs767.00 – Rs920.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
