Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and proactive Safety Officer to ensure workplace safety compliance, conduct risk assessments, and promote a safe working environment in accordance with UAE health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect and monitor work areas to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.

Ensure compliance with UAE Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) laws and company policies.

Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and employee training sessions.

Prepare and maintain safety inspection reports, incident logs, and accident investigations.

Coordinate with management to implement corrective actions and safety improvements.

Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) by all employees and visitors.

Liaise with local authorities regarding safety inspections and certifications.

Candidate Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Safety Management or related field.

NEBOSH IGC / IOSH Managing Safely / OSHA Certification – mandatory.

Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Safety Officer in the UAE.

Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, fire safety, and risk management procedures.

Excellent communication and reporting skills.
