Job Summary:

The Riser Platform Lifting Operations Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of lifting operations on the Riser Platform project. This includes reviewing documents related to lifting operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and leading a team of lifting specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and approve lifting plans and procedures to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Lead a team of lifting specialists to ensure safe and efficient execution of lifting operations.
• Conduct regular inspections of lifting equipment and rigging to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement risk assessments and hazard identification procedures to ensure safe working practices.
• Collaborate with the construction team to ensure that lifting operations are coordinated and executed safely and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in lifting and handling operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• OPITO certifications in LCP, Banksman Slinger, Rigger, and Rigging Loft Management.
• Fluent in English and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
