Job Description:
As a Sales Representative at Ghulam Mohammed Co WLL, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their uniform needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and achieving our sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
– Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
– Present and demonstrate our product range to prospective clients
– Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
– Provide excellent customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role (At least 1 year experience)
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills.
– Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
– Knowledge of the uniform industry is a plus.
– Valid Bahrain driver’s license and willingness to travel.
**Education**:
– .Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field would be a plus.
