Job Description

• Daily Quality checks on base of an automated created iQC Sample
• Responsible for correct setting of iQC Rating as a quality proof and a base for further QC analysis
• Ensures global quality standards
• Supports in analyzing Quality results
• Supports in liaising with relevant coding divisions to identify gaps in data quality, areas of improvements and agrees on a timeline to improve the specific areas
• Reviews and discusses improvement on GCQ QC processes
• Supports project that aim at implementing new QC means
• May respond to internal or external customer complaints with the help of Senior.
