GFG Hiring for Manager – Procurement Analytics at Dubai Full Time

• Discover the group procurement landscape through spend and category reporting / analytics, process mapping, gap assessment.
• It involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to procurement processes in order to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks
• Using data analysis tools and techniques to identify areas of improvement in procurement processes and supply chain operations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic sourcing initiatives and help negotiation of contracts with suppliers
• Work alongside Group and Regional CPO’s /Procurement teams / leadership to cater to their analytical needs, Ad-hoc business requirements.
• Creating dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Solutionise problem statements and provide for gap fixations.
• Build in an agile and scalable procurement analytics ecosystem covering Spend & Category Analytics, Strategic sourcing, Contract management, Risk identification and assessment, savings enablement.
• Identifying and implementing new technologies or tools that improve procurement operations and drive cost savings
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in procurement analytics, and sharing knowledge with colleagues and stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 3 – 4 years’ experience as a Procurement Operations professional / Consultant / procurement analytics professional
• Should have end to end knowledge of S2C and P2P.
• Comfortable with building complex analytical models using MS Excel.
• Able to work on Large Data Sets, Able to work in a dynamic environment focused on tangible outputs
• Basic to Minimum Working Knowledge of SQL and Power BI is an added advantage.
• Good with Executive Presentations
• Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Should analyse functional/non-functional requirements and seek clarifications for better understanding of requirements.
• Good Mathematical Aptitude, Problem Solving approach, Path-Finder, Good with Logical Reasoning and Structured Thought Making.
