We are looking for a Customer Care Executive for our gaming operations at Dubai office.

Customer Care Executives responsibilities:

• Strong understanding about mobile gaming and Operations
• Answering calls and WhatsApp messages.
• Promotes good customer relations by providing customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude and willingness to help always.
• Identify and handle customers’ needs to complete satisfaction and build a sustainable relationship and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
• Responsible for providing excellent customer service to prospective customers by handling their queries and complaints.
• Providing quality and timely resolution in line within the established guidelines.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of Tagalog or Hindi will be an added advantage.
• Ability to ask relevant questions and diffuse tense situations.
• Strong time management and decision-making skills.
• Adaptability and accountability.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Applications and strong typing skills.

Employment Type:
Full-Time

Working hours will be 9:00 to 19:00 Monday to Saturday, One day off in a week. Overtime for hours worked will be paid as applicable as per UAE Labour Law

Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
