The Early Career Training is a 6 months program and it is an investment in young talents where GE trains fresh graduates who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a GE business. The traineeship duration varies upon business requirement and will develop the general skills of the trainee and provide on the job knowledge and technical experience. Positions requiring understanding of a concepts, methods and procedures.
Role Summary/Purpose
As the partner to the Plant manager, the site IT specialist is responsible for ensuring that DT and Factory priorities are aligned, and for partnering with site leadership to determine where can DT further enhance operations with technology that align with the priorities of the site. The site IT specialist will be responsible for staying informed of the latest industry trends and leading practices; promoting these internally to stretch and challenge current thinking / approaches
