Act as the first point of contact with the staff and clients.
Client & Vendor liaison: – Collection and monitoring of KYC documents, such as, trade license, commercial license, insurance policy cover, power of attorney documents and passport / Emirates ID’s, etc.
Document Control: – filing, recording, and referencing of staff and client’s documents / information on the in-house filing system (electronically & by hand).
Populate Agreements, renewals, licenses, variations, etc. in line with commercial terms/negotiations, discussions, and directives; ensuring concise and accurate calculations of the contract payment terms and schedules, so that amounts and dates for payments/ cheques to be received and or issued are in line with all company protocols, policies, and procedures.
Population of payment schedules, collections, and deposits.
Be competent in all social media, marketing, branding, and income generating initiatives.
Interface between the Owner / General Manager, staff, prospective clients, as well as exiting clients, to successfully grow the business and generate revenue.
Compile and present weekly and monthly client / customer activity reports, including but not limited to: – reservations list and expiring offers, attendance rates, customer surveys, income, and expenditures reports, etc.
Monitor and verify the company’s client/customer leads, booking and reservations master sheet.
Assist in the compilation of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Prepare, update, and circulate minutes and agendas.
Issue and manage documents to implement cleaning and operational procedures, etc.
Meet and greet all clients and receive/respond to all phone calls, emails, social media platform enquires from existing and prospective clients / customers
Must have knowledge about the cleaning industry or should be willing to learn
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED2,000.00 – AED2,500.00 per month
