Management Accountant

Job Location : UAE

Duties And Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for the hospital.
• Monitor financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Manage cost accounting and financial planning processes.
• Collaborate with various departments to optimize financial operations and efficiency.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Support internal and external audits.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation.
• Minimum years of experience in healthcare finance in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
