As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by handling a variety of customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and respond to queries via Whatsapp, Email, etc. in a professional manner
• Provide accurate information about products, services, or order status
• Resolve customer complaints and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction
• Document customer interactions and update relevant information
• Collaborate with internal teams to find solutions for customers’ needs
• Maintain high-quality standards in customer service at all times
• Adhere to company protocols and performance metrics

Must have requirements

• Minimum 3 years of call center experience
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
• Excellent multitasking abilities
• Keen attention to detail in all aspects of work
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Nice to have requirements

• Experience in the UAE market
• Knowledge of CRM software and call center technologies
