Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Retail Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our retail outlet in DHA Phase 5. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in the retail industry, with a proven track record of driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team effectively. The candidate must be between the ages of 37 to 50 to fit our desired profile.

Requirements

Sales Expertise and Customer Service Skills Required:

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of retail sales principles and techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and staff.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs and provide personalized service.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software applications.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Previous experience managing a team of sales associates and support staff.
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising best practices.- Familiarity with DHA Phase 5 and its surrounding market dynamics.
