• Prepare and post final bookkeeping entries required for producing financial statements and management accounts
• Prepare and post accounts payables and receivables, loans and bank transactions for the portfolio of clients assigned to the team
• Creation or amendments of any cards for suppliers or loans.
• Perform bank, investment and any other reconciliations
• Assist with the preparation of Audit for Tax Regulatory Authority.
• Provide additional bookkeeping and accounting support to Client Accounting staff and assist with ad-hoc projects as may be required from time to time
• Prepare simple monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with appropriate accounting standards and management accounts from the accounting records of the client entities.
• Preparing assets, liabilities, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Document financial transactions by entering account information on ERP & Spreadsheets. Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options. Summarize current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports. Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents. Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. Guide accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions. Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. Secures financial information by completing data base backups. Maintain financial security by following internal controls. Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Salary: QAR15.00 – QAR16.00 per month
