Main Duties/Description:
Greetings the guest in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest name whenever possible.
Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, in-house events, directions, etc.
Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner.
Interaction with guest will be in person and by phone.
Utilizes a variety of computer systems to check guests in and out, select and block therapist for arriving guests.
Accepts reservations, changes and cancellations.
The ability to read and update the daily log and communicate relevant information to the staff.
The ability to process outgoing mail.
The ability to process all charges.
The ability to set up and handle gift certificates.
The ability to provide assistance to guests and members about the retail merchandise.
The ability to utilize the telephones according to Four Seasons standards.
The ability to respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
