To assist FM IT Head, Department Heads and end users for the effective operation of Fidelio Material Control, Micros & Prologic POS System, Qlik BI, SharePoint, Networking, Data Warehousing, Digital Functions, Bespoke application developments, Business Application interfaces, PC’s and other systems. Assist IT Head in store project opening, Application developments and enhancements, as well as conducting relevant IT Audit and periodic training and refresher training courses for the users.
Territories:
Sharing responsibilities with IT Head to handle and maintain overall IT Infrastructure and support of Foodmark and Citymax for the territories (UAE, KSA, Kuwait & Qatar.)
IT Infrastructure:
Discuss with IT Head in planning and implementation of additions and Major modifications to the supporting regional infrastructure
Require to work closely with IT Head in designing IT setup of new stores, and evaluate and analyse the need to upgrade IT infrastructure for existing stores.
Ensure seem less functioning of guest facing technology such as WIFI etc.
Manage and maintain the overall telephone system of all Foodmark stores
Manage and Maintain the network components for Foodmark and Citymax (Cisco switch, routers, Firewall, EDC machines and IDF Rooms and IT Racks, AV components)
Ensure smooth functioning of Footmark head office & Store IT operations
Hands on Hardware troubleshooting, System Backups, Archiving and disaster recovery as an when required
Assists IT Head in maintaining our Core Applications and Development Servers (Micros Enterprise Server, Fidelio Material Control Server, Qlik Servers, DWH Server, HADR, File Sharing Server or any other business applications )
Software:
Responsible for giving L1 and L2 support for all Foodmark and Citymax Business applications
Like Micros, FMC, Simphony, Opera, Prologic, Infor, and Finance applications.
Responsible for maintaining and doing effective change in database configuration on Store and Central Micros System.
Hands on source application like Qlik, Power BI, Acronis Backup and MS SharePoint.
Responsible to make sure that all interfaces are working fine in Foodmark business across all territory. (Interface – OFIN, Micros, FMC, INFOR Prologic, etc.)
Execute predefined technical analysis and feasibility studies on users’ needs and suggest the integrated solutions with existing business applications of Foodmark and Citymax.
Responsible for purging the application databases and doing regular optimization in all databases.
Assist IT Head in planning for application development based on need and automate the manual tasks
Adhoc reports development and data extraction from database for Finance and Business users and support Business functions.
Assists IT Head in planning and implementation of new configuration in the system that could best fit in to business requirements.
Responsible for the maintaining all business applications of Foodmark and Citymax.
Should make sure that all Database Backups are proper and secure. Provide project management and technical leadership for every aspect of software development.
Planning:
Assists IT Head in Annual Budget planning
Assists IT Head for planning and development of new initiatives that could help the Foodmark and Citymax as a business
Plan and Assist for the covering the other IT Resources responsibility when they are in vacation or in need.
Work closely with Business users for any IT Initiatives and developments.
IT Policy and Procedure implementation when it’s required
Assist IT Head in Planning new projects and opening
Assist IT Head in conducting and planning User Training for the effective use of IT tools
Plan and Provide support to other Hospitality Concepts when its required.
SOW finalization and legal agreements sign off for any projects along with other business users.
Help Desk Administration:
Respond and escalate help desk issue.
Make sure all the Help Desk calls are properly handled and solved with in the acceptable time frame
Interact with Users on all level to help resolve IT related Issue
Log and close all support calls.
Attend to tasks assigned by the IT Head.
