Duties and Responsibilities:
– Responsible for installation, maintenance and repair of air conditioning and ventilation systems, chiller and other equipment.
-Service, cleaning, adjusting, repair of machines and equipment and do the regular inspection routine to ensure that machines and equipment are functioning normally.
– Provide technical support/troubleshooting for the service and repair of all kitchen equipment including machineries such as AC.
– Perform service maintenance on HVAC to increase longevity. Proper scheduling and attending to on-call service.
– Coordination with restaurant in-charge for the maintenance job order that requires transfer from one place to another whenever required.
– Maintain accurate maintenance
