Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waite to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers as they arrive.
Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
Monitor customer satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
Prepare tables for dining (setting up silverware, glasses, and condiments).
Handle cash and process payments accurately.
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and assist with resetting tables.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Adhere to health and safety regulations.

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience as a Wait or in a customer service role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Basic math skills for handling transactions.
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends
Hiring only in Kuwait.
