We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen and Catering Staff to join our culinary team. The ideal candidates will be passionate about food preparation and service, ensuring that our guests receive a high-quality dining experience at events and in our establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items according to recipes and standards.
Event Setup: Help set up and break down catering displays, tables, and equipment for events.
Service Delivery: Serve food and beverages to guests during events, ensuring timely and courteous service.
Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and catering areas, including washing dishes and sanitizing workspaces.
Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control, including receiving and storing supplies.
Collaboration: Work closely with chefs, event coordinators, and other staff to ensure smooth operations during events.
Health and Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation practices.
Guest Interaction: Provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns from guests.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in a kitchen or catering environment is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends.
Must have transferrable Visa and Can join within 2 weeks or immediately.
