Roles and Responsibilities: As a Restaurant & Food/Beverage Worker, you will:

• Greet and seat guests with a warm and welcoming attitude.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
• Serve food and beverages in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions.
• Ensure tables are properly set and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared and delivered accurately.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
• Process payments and maintain accurate billing.
• Uphold hygiene and safety standards in compliance with regulations.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and work effectively with colleagues.
