Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable AC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. This position requires technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair various types of air conditioning systems.
Diagnose HVAC system issues and provide effective solutions.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
Replace worn-out or broken parts, such as compressors, fans, and thermostats.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about repairs and maintenance.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC preferred.
years of experience in HVAC installation and repair.
Knowledge of electrical systems and refrigeration principles.
Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
EPA certification (if applicable).

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
