IT Management

· Liaise with GOPS/IT Departments for the business requirements gathering and analysing its feasibility.

Policies and Procedures

· Provide Technical support for the current application in production and test environment.

· Initiate the process for locking the information in Navitaire System to prevent it from being viewed using any interface in the system.

· Initiate the process to restore flight data in Navitaire System.

· Periodically review the access rights available to subordinates in the IT Distribution Team.

· Ensure Distribution Section complies with flynas policies and processes, practices and systems, and maintain flynas high standard of work and work ethic

Reporting and document Control

· Ensure provision of technical support to GOPS team in install & Configure DCS in FLYNAS Stations .

· Ensure provision of technical support to GOPS to maintain and configure all type B/A messages [MVT , BSM , PRL , PFS ,…etc].

· Understanding of security messages requirements.

· Ensure provision of technical support to the Operation and Hajj and Umrah team in configuration of DCS [Departure Control system]

· Administration of system access.

· Ensure provision of technical support to the airport and operation team in the daily cases, issues, user ID creation, configuration of the operation functionalities and requirements. In addition to the install DCS in the new stations and train end users on how to use the system.

· Reporting and exporting data based on business requirements form Navitaire database.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge and Experience

· 3 years related experience in Admin Navitaire reservation system & AIRPORT DCS Go-NOW , support Airport stations.

· Experience in information systems, computer science and other

· Knowledge in information systems
