To provide administrative support for the Inflight Services department.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Key Activities

• Maintains cabin crew files/records and manages the contacts database.
• Receives and screens calls from cabin crew and coordinate as necessary.
• Processes GCAA license applications cabin crew new joiners included any required follow up or extra information required.
• Inputs all relevant data into the various systems used in the deparetment.
• Orders and manages the stock of landing cards/inflight documentation and other resources needed for flight preparation.
• Scans, indexes and archives all cabin crew assessment forms and all email correspondence between IFS Management, Cabin Crew and NCC.
• Updates new and renewed passports visas and staff IDs for all Cabin Crew.
• Updates sickness reports weekly and follows up on Cabin Crew sickness certificates.
