Job Purpose

The Photographer will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that aligns with Floward’s brand image, including photoshoots, videos, and post-production editing. This role supports various projects, campaigns, and social media initiatives, contributing to the company’s visual presence across platforms. The ideal candidate will bring creativity and technical expertise to execute photoshoots, manage video production, and deliver compelling visual content that enhances brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Photography and Video Production Execution:

• Plan and execute product and event photoshoots, ensuring all content aligns with Floward’s creative guidelines.
• Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos using professional-grade equipment and editing tools such as Photoshop and Adobe Premiere.
• Ensure consistency in visual standards, maintaining brand identity across all media.

Creative Collaboration And Concept Development

• Collaborate closely with the creative team to understand project specifications and develop detailed shooting plans.
• Develop innovative concepts for photoshoots and video production, creating unique approaches for different product categories.
• Partner with the Product and Marketing teams to align visual content with campaign objectives and seasonal themes.

Equipment Management And Scene Setup

• Arrange lighting, backgrounds, and props to meet the needs of each project.
• Maintain, store, and care for photography equipment, ensuring all equipment is in excellent working condition.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions on the spot to ensure seamless shoot execution.

Project Management And Delivery

• Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
• Monitor and evaluate project outcomes, gathering feedback to improve future shoots and video production processes.
• Archive digital assets in an organized and accessible database, ensuring easy reference for future campaigns.

Post-Production And Continuous Improvement

• Continuously enhance the quality of content through advanced photo and video editing techniques.
• Keep up with trends and new technologies in photography and videography to refine skills and introduce innovative practices.
• Ensure visual content meets campaign deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.

Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in professional photography and videography, with demonstrated expertise in post-production editing.
• Proficiency with editing software such as Photoshop, Lightroom, and Adobe Premiere.
• Proven ability to operate professional camera equipment and manage photoshoots independently.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and how content supports marketing campaigns.
