About The Role

As Project Manager Marketplace, you will spearhead multiple projects on building strong marketplace fundamentals within Fleek to ensure strong operational performance from the supplier base. Being a tech first company, your skills at PMO management and a product oriented mindset would be critical to ensure we build scalable and sustainable solutions.

Job Description

As the key outcomes, you will:

• Develop detailed plans to oversee them from inception through completion, ensuring they are completed on agreed timelines, and gauge success based on agreed deliverables
• Design and implement a comprehensive framework to monitor operational performance KPIs such as seller cancellations, quality complaints, chat response time, dispatch time, QC resolution time, etc
• Drive initiatives to introduce automations working closely with product and tech team to drive operational efficiency
• Lead efforts to maintain and enhance product quality standards across the platform
• Develop and implement strategies and systems to detect anomalous activities and prevent fraudulent behaviour, working closely with relevant teams to investigate suspicious activities and implement corrective actions
• Establish governance frameworks to streamline and improve the process for product approvals, ensuring efficiency and compliance with internal policies and processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement aligned initiatives

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in agile project management with strong influence of product development in fast-paced startup environment
• Extremely strong and hands-on at problem solving including data analysis to drive strategic initiatives that improve operational performance in a sustainable manner
• Ability to operate independently and rally support across multiple teams to achieve the functional objectives
• SQL and Python skills are highly recommended
• Comfort and willingness to immerse yourself in the supplier network, including building and managing supplier assistance solutions.
