· Liaise with clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking
· Maintain regular contact with developers, investors, and owners to find new opportunities and assess existing ones via calls, emails, letters, and meeting
· Attend property viewings with prospective clients
· Follow up with leads
· Research potential business to secure buildings, projects, developments, apartments, and villas that are for sale
· Advice and discuss various opportunities for property services
· Source property inventories from property owners and real estate agents
· Complete details of properties which include photo shoots, an arrangement of viewings, showing the property to prospective clients, etc.
· Attend property-related events such as exhibitions, property launches, presentations, and seminars.
· A graduate in any field or at least possess a high school diploma/certificate
· Should have solid knowledge and understanding of the UAE property market
· Excellent communication skills
· Customer relations expertise
· Holds a valid UAE or international driving license
· RERA Certification is an advantage
· Computer literate is a must
· 1 yr experience in real estate
· Proven sales track record
