Job description

  • Prepares scope of work for small to medium size plant modification or new installation projects.
  • Evaluates and negotiates bids and makes recommendation for award.
  • Technically evaluates bids related to direct capital and operating budget purchase requisitions.
  • Develops contract documents and processes for endorsement.
  • Provides technical support to plant for troubleshooting of plant problems, recommending corrective actions, modifications, or refurbishments.
  • Reviews and endorses engineering design, cost estimates, work specifications and bid documents, evaluation and award using the best engineering standards, codes, and practices
  • Liaises with Consultants and Process Licensors for basic and detailed engineering projects.
  • Assists in the preparation of Division’s Capital Budget, development of five-year plan, justification, and execution schedule.
