JOB PURPOSE:
Lead, Supervise, coordinate and plan the maintenance activities of plant assets ensuring the integrity, operational safety, reliability and availability; and evaluate and coordinate the availability of resources required for maintenance activities.

Job Specific Accountabilities
Maintenance Planning Support
·Schedule, control and supervise the day to day routine maintenance planning activities to ensure effective implementation.
·Supervise and ensure that maintenance planning deliverables are accomplished efficiently to the most productive and cost-effective manner.
·Monitor and ensure that the work orders for priority-based scheduling, resources availability, timely update and entry of the actual man-hours and failure report.
·Review/ arrange the additional resources requirement for maintenance jobs and ensure the availability of materials required for the planned jobs.
·Coordinate with all maintenance Planning Engineers and Planners, to ensure achieving related KPI targets.
·Issue on Call Schedules to ensure the availability of required manpower during weekends/holidays/off hours for maintenance.
·Review and update periodical progress reports issued by Maintenance to keep top managemen informed about the progress of all initiatives and to facilitate decision making.
·Coordinate the Maintenance monthly management meeting, prepare/ issue MOM and follow up with section/ department heads the necessary actions as stipulated in the MOM.

·Train and develop the assigned staff on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on the job and deliver the respective section objectives.
Budgets
·Provide input for preparation of the Section / Department budgets and assist in the implementation of the approved Budget and work plans to deliver Section objectives.
·Investigate and highlight any significant variances to support effective performance and cost control
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
·Implement approved Section / Department policies, processes, systems, standards and procedures in order to support execution of the Section’s / Department work programs in line with Company and International standards.
Performance Management
·Contribute to the achievement of the approved Performance Objectives for the Section / Department in line with the Company Performance framework.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
·Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational processes.
·Identify improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in line with ISO standards in order to define intelligent solutions for issues confronting the function.
Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability
·Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and CLIENTCode of Practices.
Reports
·Provide inputs to prepare Section MIS and progress reports for Company Management.
