JOB PURPOSE:
Implements the company ‘Well Integrity Management System’ during the lifecycle of the wells. Develops monitoring and testing plans related to all wells, ensures relevant / quality up-to-date data are gathered and risk are managed to ALARP level. Manage and direct activities to introduce new technologies to improve well integrity performance in Field.

Job Specific Accountabilities
Ensures that all field operations (island and offshore) are being carried out in accordance with WIMSstandards and practices and ensure well completion integrity assurance process for surface and subsurface completion equipment.
• Develop and manage the implementation of necessary action plans to achieve the company’s Businessand Operational Strategies for Well Integrity Management.
• Develop, lead, and follow up the implementation of the WI plans and all associated monitoring, dataacquisition, reviewing, and risk assessing and ranking activities while formulating the necessary remedial/ risk mitigation/ restoration plans of same in order to ensure that the uptime and well availability are maximized.
• Develop diagnostics plan and monitor implementation at site to ensure proper collection of data for wellintegrity assessment. Develops well integrity program for wellhead and subsurface completion equipment and remedial / repair program for all island and offshore wells.
• Evaluate the well completion integrity assurance process output, identifies sub-standard practices and performances, advises appropriate action plans to mitigate the integrity risk and ensures their implementation.
• Ensure proper monitoring of the wells annuli pressure behavior and manages sustained annulus pressure planning including program preparation for conducting annulus pressure bleed off surveys, evaluation of survey results and concludes way forward.
• Plans, coordinates and follows-up with site operational team on well integrity related activities and investigations such as pressure bleed-off surveys and surface/subsurface communication investigations.
• Ensures onsite technical assistance to Field Surface Operation and Wireline Operation Supervisors during critical rig-less well operations and advises appropriate trouble shooting for operational and technical integrity problems.
• Establishes and updates periodical reports on integrity status of wells completed in the field.
• Conducts integrity assessment and adequacy of well construction envelope before converting it to new objective mode.
• Conducts the compliance audit of the field operational activities like Wireline Intervention, Wellhead Testing, Logging, Communication Investigations, Bleed-off Surveys etc.
• Identifies and plans preventive maintenance in coordination with site according to WIMS frequencies.
• Carries out studies addressing specific operational integrity problems as assigned from time to time and prepares appropriate recommendations / action plan for immediate solution of such integrity problems.
• Coordinates / leads HAZOP and Risk Assessment (RA) associated with well changes / problems that may have potential impact on well integrity.
• Actively look for rig-less solutions to reduce the cost of repairs related to well integrity.
• Assess the integrity status of conductor pipe and ensure all requirements for monitoring, inspection and maintenance. Develops and maintains an overview of assigned asset area well integrity hotspots through KPIs/database for the actions being planned to mitigate integrity risk.
• Develops and coordinates well integrity maintenance/testing campaigns on high risk areas ensuring that both, work and output data, is managed effectively and failures are formulated into resourced action plans.
• Recommends on required mitigating actions, based on well failure models / process and controls, well integrity life cycle requirements of the well and completion design.
• Carries out system change communication activities within assigned asset area and ensures that all stakeholders are involved in / informed of changes.
• Prepares well history database related to well integrity issues. Collects and validates well integrity data in database system and properly maintains data management system.
• Monitors and reviews daily Drilling / Workover / Production activities and identifies any well integrity related concerns.
• Reviews and ensures that Well Integrity acceptance certificate is in order.
• Evaluates / assesses the Well Integrity KPI after completion.
• Participate in well delivery process and develop well integrity requirements for new development, exploratory, workover and side-track wells. Monitor the well construction to ensure well integrity compliance requirements during drilling / well constriction.
• Assists in developing the workover program for non-integral wells, develop all necessary inspections required to investigate the failure, and plan on attending critical workover operations.
• Reviews and interprets logs (e.g. cement bond and corrosion logs) and evaluates barrier envelop and production casing condition.
• Lead the development of priority repair and maintenance plans/ schedules for key defective components to restore the integrity of affected wells, and provide technical advice and support in the trouble-shooting of WI problems during remedial works (with both rig-less and with rig).
• Prepare necessary scope of work for tenders and evaluate technical bids to procure materials and equipment and to contract technical services to support well integrity operations.
• Manage and direct well integrity projects and contracts related to well integrity operations. These duties include project justification, budget estimation, service provider’s market survey and technical qualification, Request for quotations, establishing and managing contracts and will be completed with the help of technical support section.
• Ensures that the management of change (MOC) process in well integrity management system is developed and maintained to track record of the changes in monitoring frequencies, risk management of wells, testing values for wells equipment, well service change, etc.
• Act as the sole authority to review and verify the Well Integrity Certificate # 1 and issue the Well Integrity Certificate # 2 as well as act as a Focal Point to define securing and work-over requirements for high-risk wells.
• Ensures that the risk mitigation or monitoring action plans are followed up in a timely manner and that the status is updated in the database management system. Ensures risk management processes are properly used in well reviews and risk ranking. Take an active role in conducting well peer reviews.
• Work in line with company HSE policy and rules, and participates in incident/accident investigations relevant to his/her assignments and responsibilities.
• Prepare various monthly / weekly updates on the status of all the wells and other progress reports for management review and reporting.

• Provide inputs to prepare Section MIS and progress reports for Company Management.
5. COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal
• Daily contacts with Field Development – Well Integrity Team Leader & Manager Petroleum engineering to follow-up on progress of operations and coordinate well integrity activities with other Petroleum Engineering activities.
• Communicate with Well Integrity department teams for clarification and smooth implementation of the WIMS
• Regular contacts with key service providers to provide feedback on their performance and to discuss plannedoperations and activities.
External
• Represent the company in professional meetings, industry forum, and technical workshops regarding wellintegrity management.
