JOB PURPOSE:
Collate information and compile reports received from various terminals and operations sites located in different regions. Coordinate action plans for critical, special assignments and projects (Orders received from Presidential Affairs and overseas missions). Compiles technical reports from various sources and keeps track / progress of the action plan.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
·Coordinate Operations Group monthly meetings; prepare minutes of meetings and keeps track on execution of the action plans and updates the same accordingly.
·Compile financial information, review the organization’s budget, and assist in planning and checking utilization.
·Act as the focal point for coordinating execution of Outsourcing Agreements, reporting performance of contractors, for various services jobs at all operations sites (waste collection contract, lease contracts, service contracts etc.).
·Act as the focal point to coordinate operations information among the terminals which are scattered in different locations (mainly coordinating on any critical operations matters, compiling requirements like employee requests or concerns, recruitment needs, transportation needs and other general service concerns in all operations sites etc.).
·Administer and archive monthly records, logbooks, and other documentation received related with official correspondence in operations Group as per the official norms and regulations.
·Maintain database containing operational capabilities to ensure up to date information and records.
·Coordinate and follow up on the periodic performance report including project and initiative status, HSE, collection, sales, regulatory, business continuity plan, risk register, audit etc. from various locations and depots. Compiles same in the department format and template.
·Provide support to Managers and SVP in development of department performance reports and progress against plan etc.
