Fitness Center – client of Positions Abroad Hiring for Personal Fitness Trainer at Dubai Full Time

Fitness Coach

This role includes working shifts and delivering high quality customer service to our members, while working towards KPIs, overall club targets to compliment the department to coincide with the overall club performance.

In this role you will be an integral part of our community, fostering positive relationships and a supportive atmosphere.

• Monthly salary of AED 4,000 -15,000 AED per month with commission up to 60% (based on performance towards targets – ensuring your hard work is rewarded.), plus benefits that comply with UAE Labor Law standards,

Who We’re Looking For:

Experience

• At least 1 year of successful personal training experience, helping clients achieve their fitness goals.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified Level 2 Fitness Instructor & Level 3 Personal Trainer or equivalent.
• Holding a valid certificate in Basic First Aid and CPR.
• Additional CPD Courses are a strong advantage.

Knowledge

• Extensive knowledge of health and fitness.
• Able to comfortably deliver high-quality and bespoke training programs, tailored to your clients’ goals and ways of training and delivered through engaging sessions.
• Comprehensive understanding of exercise techniques, equipment uses.
• A good understanding and adherence to Occupational Health and Safety procedures

• Fluency in English.
