Nationality Preferences: Europe, South Africa, South and North America
Gender: Male.
Qualifications/Skills: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in sports, with a minimum of one year of experience in personal training and group training in fitness centers.
Tasks: Group fitness / Crossfit trainers.
Basic Net Salary: 450 KWD
Commissions: 50% on personal training sessions.
Bonus: There are bonuses upon achieving KPIs.
Working City: Kuwait – Sabah Al Salem.
Health Care Insurance: Provided.
Accommodation and Transport: We provide an allowance of 200 KWD added to the basic salary for both housing and transport.
Holidays: New Year (1 day), National Liberation Day (2 days), Eid Al-Fitr (2 days), Eid Al-Adha (2 days). These are the official public holidays for the private sector in Kuwait. If work is required on these days, the trainer will receive double pay for those days.
Recruitment Flight: We will provide the ticket to join us for work.
Vacation Flight: An annual round-trip ticket to the trainer’s home country.
Contract Duration: One year, renewable.
Number of Working Days: 6 days a week, 1 day off.
Working Hours: 8 hours a day.
Date to Start Working: As soon as possible.
