Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage showroom customers, understanding their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Present vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to potential buyers, providing a positive and informative sales experience.
• Identify and target business clients, including corporations and small-to-medium enterprises, for fleet sales opportunities.
• Develop and present fleet solutions tailored to the needs of business clients, focusing on cost-effectiveness and vehicle maintenance.
• Maintain a client database and keep accurate records of interactions and sales transactions.
• Build lasting relationships with individual and business clients to encourage customer loyalty and referrals.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets for showroom and fleet sales.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
• Participate in promotional events, roadshows, and exhibitions to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally in automotive sales with experience in fleet sales.
• Strong knowledge of automotive products, features, and trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused approach with a proven track record in sales performance.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
