Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and rent our properties to potential buyers
• Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
• Conduct property tours and provide detailed information to potential buyers
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategic methods in attracting new clients to rent out our flats and studio
• Attend events and networking opportunities to generate leads and expand the company’s network
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from clients on time
• Keep accurate records of sales and maintain an organized client database
• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets in sales and renting facilities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office
• Highly motivated, with a strong drive for success and a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Valid real estate license is preferred
