Reporting to the Regional Reward and HR Admin Manager, the HR Specialist will manage payroll for Gulf and Arab Countries and carry out daily HR operations
The HR Specialist will have the responsibility of the payroll management & accuracy of the reports in close coordination with the payroll system vendor (payroll register, variance, gratuity, bonus, pay slips). In addition, the specialist will lead payroll audit activities.
The incumbent will act as a main point of contact for employees, to answer in a timely manner all the queries related to the leave system, payroll and HR administration.
She/he will work on the offer letters/contracts preparation for all new joiners and internal moves. The HR Specialist will conduct the Rewards and policies induction to all new employees & the completion of the checklist for onboarding new hires (bank account update, medical/life insurance enrollment, labour card for WPS transfer etc.).
As part the operational role, the HR Specialist will ensure on time and accurate update of employee information and action on the system (new joiners, leavers, transfers, promotions, salary changes, compensations, deductions, bonus, vacations payouts and process benefits for employees). She/he will support relocation requirements of expats and employees recruited abroad (request for hotel stay, shipment of goods, house search, opening of bank account)
The Human Resources Specialist will maintain and track HR operations vendors and ensure on time requests for PR/PO/invoice payment.
She/he will review and update the employee handbook with all HR processes and policies and support in reviewing and drafting/amending HR policies.
