We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our design team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our talented team and a variety of clients from various industries. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to think outside the box. As a graphic designer at Fathom, you will play a vital role in creating captivating visuals, typography, and media productions that tell compelling stories and engage our audience.

Responsibilities:

• Design original and visually stunning pieces, including illustrations and infographics that captivate and inspire.
• Utilize graphic design software like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to refine images, fonts, and layouts.
• Apply advanced typography techniques to enhance the visual impact and readability of designs.
• Generate innovative ideas to effectively portray concepts and advertise products/services.
• Enhance user-friendliness and optimize digital products to create seamless experiences.
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects internal & external.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, Design & Web & App team to meet project deadlines and exceed expectations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments, trends, and tools to bring fresh perspectives to our creative endeavors.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years work experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, showcasing your ability to deliver outstanding multimedia designs.
• Impressive portfolio of completed design projects that demonstrate your creativity and versatility.
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine colors, fonts, and layouts harmoniously.
• Meticulous attention to visual details, ensuring every aspect of your designs is polished and impactful.
• Excellent time management skills, enabling you to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, fostering effective teamwork and clear project coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Design, Visual Arts, or a relevant field that has equipped you with a solid foundation in design principles and techniques.
